Orbital decompression, but comes with big risks, look up frank tufano (some dude whose orbital decompression got botched and lives thru hell now)

If you’re willing to undergo that risk then sure. In my opinion not worth the risk it will not make u a chad or your life significantly better to the point that it would be worth it and outweigh risk to benefit ratio.

And as for lopsided eyes you can’t do anything since it’s caused by sphenoid misalignment and there’s zero surgical procedures for that.

When it comes to surgeons it’s not as easy as just looking up most expensive and well known surgeon so i don’t know any since the process of finding someone reliable is very hard

Frank Tufano had a very well known, documented and expensive surgeon yet he still got botched, you could have the best surgeon ever and there would still be a risk of getting botched and ruining your life even further.

So it would take you an extensive research to find someone somewhat reliable

But Frank Tufano recently said some good things about japanese eye surgeon so look into it maybe contact frank and ask him or research yourself
