I'm currently 5'7 and 15 yr since summer 25 I grew 1cm and my parents arent tall either and I'm thinking about doing 7IU gh for 5 months to help me grow taller and grow my frame is there any way u could give me some advice on how to reach atleast 180cm (170cm currently) I also have been looking into test but thats not important for ts thread

wear thick shoes with shoe lifts and then get limb lengthening surgery as soon as you can afford it or finance it that is the only way. no hgh will be enough
