For now all you can do is eat and sleep healthy when your older hardmaxx with fat crafting and lefort 2 or bimax .

Basti is right, but id suggest to make your hair quality better, your looks fried asf, get a good shampoo (2 days without shampoo only water then use shampoo),conditioner and some curl cream

Find out yourself G, products work different on other typea of hairs, but remember that thw shampoo should be sulfates free, im personally using italian brands they are really good, i could recommend to not get cheat shampoos, the ones over 20$ are good same goes for conditioners
