My lips are small not full and not wide. I plan on getting botox soon for my upper lip and maybe my lower lip to be more full. Besides obvious shi like chapstick what can i do. I’ve heard of mouth cutting where you take a razor to the side of your mouth is that worth it?

You could do the mouth cutting, just be hella careful. You could get some lip filler as well. You can put some retinol on your lips for collagen production as well. Make sure you brush your lips with your tooth brush as well after you brush your teeth
