shower with warm water and then probably slowly switch and finish with cold however I dont do these anymore cuz the house is super cold so id js freeze, summers here are rlly hot so I js hop straight into cold showers, idk ab where u live tho. plus wouldn't recommend going straight into cold shower cuz can cause a heart attack due to sudden cold shock. start w Luke warm and finish with cold/mild cold
