hi im new to this forum. been searching for a bit and realised most information online is cope-tier bullshit, like is everyone on tiktok is a retard or sum?.. i shouldntve been searching on there anyway lol
figured id just actually use a forum for once and stop being a lazy piece of shit lol.

well heres my "statistics"

age :15 (technically 14 but soon to turn)
height. : 5"10 (which id say is pretty good)
weight : 60-65kg (-ish give or take(last i checked at least))
body fat : ?% (15%??) (moderate i guess, im not the leanest so yeah, if i had to guess id say around 15%)
ethnicity : asian, latino and white (weird mix i know lol)

what supplements im taking/on currently
right now im using;
- magnesium glycinate+malate+citrate (3-in-1) capsules (384mg/capsule)
- zinc pills (15mg/pill)
- omega3 fish oil capsules (1000mg/capsule)
- containing; omega3 (400mg), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 180mg), docosahexaenoic (DHA, 120mg)
- vitamin d3 tablets (12μg (weight per tablet)/tablet)
- potassium citrate + vitamin c pills (400mg of potassium+vitamin c /pill (dont know the ratio))
- lymecycline capsule (408mg/capsule)
- creatine monohydrate (5g/scoop)

i take 1 lymecycline capsule in the morning, (its my perscribed acne treatment which has helped quite a bit but i am soon to be on isotretinoin (accutane), im just on the waiting list atm.) along with 2 vitamin d pills, 2 potassium pills (+vitamin c) and 1 omega3 fish oil capsule. then at night i take 2 zinc pills and 1 magnesium capsules. i also take 1 scoop of 5g of creatine monohydrate before the gym or any HIIT.

my face : (there will be attached photos to this post (photos attached at the end of this post)) (ps : i dont know all the technical terms for the bones in my face);

eyes/orbitals :
my eyes are asian looking but they aren't mono-lids so it gives me a low uee look. my IPD is relatively okay, ICD is good (id say at least, could be a bit wider, but that would change other factors), i dont have "bug eyes" thankfully my eye sockets arent shallow lolll, my brow ridge is okay (i think???), the colour is dark brown (black looking in some areas), my eye lashes are short and thin, my eyebrows are arched -abit and kinda in between thin and thick so normal? i dont think i have recessed infra orbitals, but i have these lines under my eyes and im not sure what they are from.

nose/maxilla :
my nose is quite big (at least from what i think) the alar base is kinda wide, nasion bone (nasal bridge) is slightly recessed inward but its not very noticeable, but i fixate on my face so i can notice it, the nasal tip protrusion is decently far out so it gives good facial projection, although i do have a flat-ish maxilla as i am asian so it kind of gives my nose a dip at the end.

cheek/zygomatic bones :
my zygos arent really prominent, idk what else to say

jaw/mandible :
my jaw is probably the best feature of my face (id say), my mandible has a relitevly normal gonial angle, a well projected chin , no little to no downward mandibular grown , and a good jaw width

my teeth/lips :
i am currently on braces as i had slight crowding (not to much though), and my lips are kinda small id say.

my skin :
as i said i am on acne treatments so its not the greatest but they've helped it get a bit better, the quality of the camera wont show the acne well, but i have little to no scars, and soon i will be on isotretinoin (accutane) which will hopefully shrink my pores and oil production as i have a oily face, which makes my nose have blackheads.

hair :
my hair is black/dark brown, straight, and kinda thin, but not the thinnest, i am considering getting a slight wave perm in the future to give more texture to my hair.

what i currently do to looksmax;
skin care routine, which includes, hyaluronic acid cream, and some cream with spf 30, i also use differin 0.1% w/w gel (which was prescribed with my acne treatment)
lymecycline pills for my acne
bone smashing, my zygos, chin, ramus area, infra orbitals, and nasion (not sure if i should be doing all of those so if i should lmk)
gua shawing my face in the morning to promote lymphatic drainage in an attempt to reduce inflamation
gym, dont know if this counts but yeah
dieting, trying to eat healthier, and more animal products like cheese, eggs, and best of all redmeats, (im still learning about dieting/what i should and shouldnt eat) apparently raw milk is good too as pasteurised milk deducts almost half of the nutrient values, and the bacteria in it isnt good for us (in the pasteurised milk)

what i soon will be doing to looksmax based on information ive seen;
eyelash serum, minoxidil, isotretinoin (accutane), derma stamping, and possibly micro surgeries like a canthoplasty (just afraid of the risk + i dont have a box cutter), this isnt really looksmaxxing but fixing my sleep schedule would help a lot in multiple things.



i appreciate any real advice on literally anything that can help me improve, whether it’s my face, hair, skin, style, body, or even habits and routines. hopefully, if i learn enough and get some progress, one day i’ll be able to post my own guides, share my personal takes, and give advice that actually makes sense instead of just repeating what everyone else says. i want to understand the reasons behind everything, so that eventually i can contribute to the forum, instead of just lurking lol.

also if you have any advice on what i should do and you have research behind it could you link it on your reply?

and a rating would be nice

eyelash serum, minoxidil, isotretinoin (accutane), derma stamping, and possibly micro surgeries like a canthoplasty (just afraid of the risk + i dont have a box cutter), this isnt really looksmaxxing but fixing my sleep schedule would help a lot in multiple things.



i appreciate any real advice on literally anything that can help me improve, whether it’s my face, hair, skin, style, body, or even habits and routines. hopefully, if i learn enough and get some progress, one day i’ll be able to post my own guides, share my personal takes, and give advice that actually makes sense instead of just repeating what everyone else says. i want to understand the reasons behind everything, so that eventually i can contribute to the forum, instead of just lurking lol.

also if you have any advice on what i should do and you have research behind it could you link it on your reply?

hi im new to this forum. been searching for a bit and realised most information online is cope-tier bullshit, like is everyone on tiktok is a retard or sum?.. i shouldntve been searching on there anyway lol
figured id just actually use a forum for once and stop being a lazy piece of shit lol.

well heres my "statistics"

age :15 (technically 14 but soon to turn)
height. : 5"10 (which id say is pretty good)
weight : 60-65kg (-ish give or take(last i checked at least))
body fat : ?% (15%??) (moderate i guess, im not the leanest so yeah, if i had to guess id say around 15%)
ethnicity : asian, latino and white (weird mix i know lol)

what supplements im taking/on currently
right now im using;
- magnesium glycinate+malate+citrate (3-in-1) capsules (384mg/capsule)
- zinc pills (15mg/pill)
- omega3 fish oil capsules (1000mg/capsule)
- containing; omega3 (400mg), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 180mg), docosahexaenoic (DHA, 120mg)
- vitamin d3 tablets (12μg (weight per tablet)/tablet)
- potassium citrate + vitamin c pills (400mg of potassium+vitamin c /pill (dont know the ratio))
- lymecycline capsule (408mg/capsule)
- creatine monohydrate (5g/scoop)

i take 1 lymecycline capsule in the morning, (its my perscribed acne treatment which has helped quite a bit but i am soon to be on isotretinoin (accutane), im just on the waiting list atm.) along with 2 vitamin d pills, 2 potassium pills (+vitamin c) and 1 omega3 fish oil capsule. then at night i take 2 zinc pills and 1 magnesium capsules. i also take 1 scoop of 5g of creatine monohydrate before the gym or any HIIT.

my face : (there will be attached photos to this post (photos attached at the end of this post)) (ps : i dont know all the technical terms for the bones in my face);

eyes/orbitals :
my eyes are asian looking but they aren't mono-lids so it gives me a low uee look. my IPD is relatively okay, ICD is good (id say at least, could be a bit wider, but that would change other factors), i dont have "bug eyes" thankfully my eye sockets arent shallow lolll, my brow ridge is okay (i think???), the colour is dark brown (black looking in some areas), my eye lashes are short and thin, my eyebrows are arched -abit and kinda in between thin and thick so normal? i dont think i have recessed infra orbitals, but i have these lines under my eyes and im not sure what they are from.

nose/maxilla :
my nose is quite big (at least from what i think) the alar base is kinda wide, nasion bone (nasal bridge) is slightly recessed inward but its not very noticeable, but i fixate on my face so i can notice it, the nasal tip protrusion is decently far out so it gives good facial projection, although i do have a flat-ish maxilla as i am asian so it kind of gives my nose a dip at the end.

cheek/zygomatic bones :
my zygos arent really prominent, idk what else to say

jaw/mandible :
my jaw is probably the best feature of my face (id say), my mandible has a relitevly normal gonial angle, a well projected chin , no little to no downward mandibular grown , and a good jaw width

my teeth/lips :
i am currently on braces as i had slight crowding (not to much though), and my lips are kinda small id say.

my skin :
as i said i am on acne treatments so its not the greatest but they've helped it get a bit better, the quality of the camera wont show the acne well, but i have little to no scars, and soon i will be on isotretinoin (accutane) which will hopefully shrink my pores and oil production as i have a oily face, which makes my nose have blackheads.

hair :
my hair is black/dark brown, straight, and kinda thin, but not the thinnest, i am considering getting a slight wave perm in the future to give more texture to my hair.

what i currently do to looksmax;
skin care routine, which includes, hyaluronic acid cream, and some cream with spf 30, i also use differin 0.1% w/w gel (which was prescribed with my acne treatment)
lymecycline pills for my acne
bone smashing, my zygos, chin, ramus area, infra orbitals, and nasion (not sure if i should be doing all of those so if i should lmk)
gua shawing my face in the morning to promote lymphatic drainage in an attempt to reduce inflamation
gym, dont know if this counts but yeah
