I’ve recently bought some fat dissolvers (Lemon bottle)

But I’ve had a hard time trying to figure out where my nerves are located, as well as the fat pad.

I’ve seen something where you use your teeth to find them, but my teeth are pretty much as big as baby teeth
I can’t really feel it either when I touch my cheek
