im 14 i just hit puberty not too long ago my jaw is pretty normal but my teeth dont align well at all, my mandible is tall but my gonions are actually horrible how do i fix them (include orthodontic procedures) if theres no need for them just tell me

Just go to a Orthodontist and tell himt hat

nothing you can do boyo, if its a dental issue its a skeletal issue which you can not just fix easily. the only possible way is a jaw surgery or a miracle from god.
