I'm 5'9 at 16, while my 14-year-old brother is 6'1.
My dad is 5'11 and my mom is 5'6.
We have many tall people in our heritage some of them from the Dinka tribe in Sudan.
My little brother has inherited a lot of those genes he is very dark-skinned.
Anyway, my question is: Is there a chance for me to at least reach 6'1"? I was projected to be between 180 cm and 190 cm, but it feels like that range has narrowed down.
Could HGH and AI help? Of course, I know what to do I've done plenty of research.
I entered puberty at 12, but had my first growth spurt at 13, where I grew 10+ cm.
Since then, growth has slowed down, and so have the growth pains.
But recently, I've been feeling growth pains again.
I feel them mostly in the knees, but sometimes in the spine and ankles.I've grown 3 cm in 6 months.
Is there still a chance or is it over?
