Yall should understand that health is the thing you should be focused on,it affects every way of how you look (for example skin quality,colouring,hair,bonestructure,height)
Many people are trying different skincares thinking it will help, even thinking of hopping on roids without thinking of the consequences that can happen.
From my experience i can say that diet,sleep and exercising do help and are not cope even with shitty genetics you can reach atleast mtn.
Dont think that you should drink raw mili,eat raw meat and eggs, its optional what is important id say is reaching your daily macro and micronutrients needs (from good sourced of course like red meat,eggs,fish, not some whey protein that barely gets absorbed).
At the end i can say that genetics do take a big part, BUT improving your health matters so if you have bad habits just fix them its not so hard (btw you should take advantage of it if your growth plates are open,in that time you can experience the most growth)
