Why do I get a headache when I'm just about to finish? The pain is like in the back of my occibital but man it's a really fucking jarring pain. I've never had it before, so why now all of sudden? I had to stop mid craic a few times because of how bad the pain was. Help me.

no this happened to me before, not sure what it is exactly but try to always be laying down, don’t like tense up too much, stay relaxed, don’t hold ur breath, i have no idea what it is but it happened to me a while ago and it stopped ever since

the main cause is ur just doing it way too hard and ur all tensed up

yeah and being dehydrated. I tried to goon once when i was in a deficit, it was 3pm and i was at like 600 cals, got that fucking pain in my head and it didn’t go back to normal until hours after
