I turn 18 in april, is there a chance that I will keep gaining bonemass in my face naturally or am i most likely done?
You don't stop growing bonemass. Only stops vertical growth after epiphyseal plates fuse

yeah i know im just trying to figure out if its likely that ill still gain a noticeable amount naturally
You 100% should, I can't guarantee it will be a huge ascension or anything but you should keep gaining until you're around 18-19, then it'll slow down. Make sure to eat a balanced diet, exercise, and avoid alcohol and smoking, or you'll basically descend yourself.

So is it likely that I will naturally ascend a little from now to young 20s without really doing anything different?
Not really bc bones really slow down bc base growth and alignment is finished. I mean they grow when pushed too
