“Grey” definition.

This might be a bit of a biased take, but i think we should change how “grey” is used.

we all know it derives from calling someone who has under 500 posts on org a grey because iron is grey, however, i feel like the term is being thrown around way too much, just because you have under 500 posts does not mean you don’t have any knowledge about anything.

i myself am a grey by definition. yet i believe i consume and have more knowledge than 70% of this forum. again, its biased, but i feel like grey should be used to define someone who has no knowledge about this community (i know it already is but ppl still call me grey, even though i know more than they ever will)

yes but just go on a tiktok comment section everyone is calling everybody grey without an account on org but in my opinion the meaning is like unknowledgeable

i made a thread like this on .org months ago and got made fun of in, in reality grey is just a insult to say you dont kno much and since new users wont kno much they just generalize people who dont know much to being grey
