Volufuline wont help you need fat crafting when you are older . Palate expander sounds good tho also darken ur eyebrows and grow them out

NCT and UEE are very very hard to ascend naturally, your entire eye area is basically just genetics. but like others are saying you could only end up getting some cosmetic surgery when you get older.

might want to start saving up now
