I’ve seen a lot of cope go around, especially from new gen puberty looksmaxxer s selling a cope course for 20 bucks that just says mew and eat raw meat, to combat this I’ve made basically all the realistic softmaxxes an average guy could use to ascend. Btw I classify softmax as anything that isn’t surgery.

Skin Color
Remember tan mogs pale because it looks HEALTHY.

1- Selftanner/tanning drops
These are effective but can look unnatural and take a long time to do- some are also comedogenic so that could be a no-go

2- carotenoids
These don’t work too well for people who are very pale- it’s more if a slight glowy undertone rather than a full on tan- if your still thinking about it try astaxanthin and lycopene

3- Tanning
Works well in a high UV zone however it destroys your skin- ages you and give you cancer. Unless your already slightly tan this well not go well

4- MT2
People sometimes call this a hardmaxx but as I stated above if it isn’t surgery it doesn’t count. MT2 works super well depending on who you are- people with a shit ton of freckles will go out looking like they lost a paintball fight otherwise you’ll be fine. There are also some side effects that are win/lose depending on your situation 1- libido MT2 was first created as an ED medication so that’s either a plus or a minus depending on who you ask. 2- Hunger suppression if your cutting this will help you especially when paired with Reta but if your bulking I wouldn’t try it


Hair
“It’s not about the hair” JFL Hair is THE most important marker of youth and appeal.

1-Haircut
Face shapes are bullshit, most TikTok stuff is bullshit. There are only a few things that will look good on ANYONE, First grow out your hair to medium length- then ask your barber for even layers around your whole head. This is the natural and best haircut for any man

2-Hair treatments
Hair treatments can push your appeal to the moon. First consider Highlights as they add contrast and youth to a face. And then look at your hair type- if it’s super curly think about a KERATIN TREATMENT
If it’s super straight think about a WAVY PERM-peach curlers on top purple curlers on sides.

3- Hair Color
Hair color can drastically change your looks. 70% of the time your NATURAL hair color looks best on you- but if it looks wrong try both bleached and black hair- but the BEST hair color is brunette it has all the good parts of appeal and respect of both haircuts while looking natural- also on the topic consider darkening your eyebrows and eyelashes using tint (unless you have black hair-black eyebrows look uncanny)

4- Styling Hair
Here is where there isn’t much advice to give- I would just say find a TikToker who has the same length and texture as you and try and copy their hair routine. Remember High Quality expensive products ARE WORTH IT

A lot of the advice in this section could be considered hardmaxxing Idrgaf though

1-Teeth Whitening
INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT
Whitening your teeth makes you look clean and well-groomed while giving contrast. Whitening strips are non-negotiable, if you have really sensitive teeth try the more natural ones (just remember they are not very effective) you can also use hydrogen peroxide- and baking soda in your toothpaste. THESE CAN BE DAMAGING TO YOUR TEETH SO USE THEM SPARINGLY

2-Gums
Underrated part of a smile is the gums- too high gums makes you look British- too low makes you look like you don't brush.
Solution? Use your brush to massage your gums after brushing- remember be soft, too hard brushing will irritate them further

3- Pallet Expander
Hard maxx? Kinda.
Doesn’t matter though because having a narrow pallet is a brutal nerf in every part of your looks- if your ortho has ever offered you one- GRAB IT- Just remember if you already have a medium-large pallet expanding further will make you look worse- so only use if your ortho recommends you it.

4- Braces
Also could be considered a Hardmaxx. But braces are EXTREMELY important, it is by far the most important part of your smile for your teeth to be well spaced and straight- if they aren’t GO TO YOUR ORTHO- Remember to use your retainer every night or else you did all that for nothing.

Jawline
Very important And Very Difficult to change- this advice only works if these things were underdeveloped in the first place FYI

LOSE FAT- You could have Jordan’s jawline yet be sub-5 if it’s covered up, Do cardio-Diet and uncover your jawline

2- Masseters
Masseter training is made to fraud gonions- if your gonions are already good masseter training will make you look uncanny. Next, clench your jaw and feel your masseters- check if they are high up or low down- if they are high up-FONT TRAIN THEM, it will make you look bloated. TMJ is also another problem- If you are using hard gum like Falim Or Mastic gum- freeze them and chew for small intervals- If you chew hard gum all day YOU WILL DEVELOP TMJ

3- Neck Training
Underrated mini-ascension
Your neck is extremely important for your jaw- especially if you have a naturally wide jaw, by training your Neck the skin will tighten around your jaw area and hopefully give you the effect of a more snatched jawline. To train neck don’t try and use very heavy weights- search up a tutorial on YouTube and practice the motion- remember the neck is fairly unused so it will grow quickly without a lot of pressure
