Hi bhais, I'm gonna give you the best stack while on accutane (low or high dose doesn't matter) so you don't fuck up your body with permanent side effects
1. You have to be taking an antihistamine. Claritin or any drug store antihistamine works. Take it with or 30mg after taking your Accutane, this will reduce the purge you get from Accutane (amoxicillin if you can get your hands on is even better, if not a regular drug store antihistamine is fine)
2. You gotta take the Accutane at the same time, every single time. Consistency is key with this to avoid sudden spikes of it in your body.
3. Take MSM (4-6G) every day. This will help your joints and reduce back pain. I recommend starting this weeks to months before Accutane, as this works better as it's built up
4. Fish oil/OMEGA 3s (1000mg). This will reduce inflammation and moisturize your skin from the inside out, very important
5. Magnesium Glycinate. This will also help with aches and pains, as it supports recovery and sleep
6. Multivitamin (NO VITAMIN A) You have to look for one specifically without vitamin A. Too much can lead to toxicity and serious health problems
7. Consistent Sleep (water)
8. Heavy moisturizer. I found that the La Roche-Posay Triple Repair is by far the best on the market, works fucking great.
9. Vaseline on lips, constantly, your lips will be very dry, you need to be doing this. If you mouth tape at night, slather your shit in vaseline before doing this
10. Artificial Tears (4x a day). Accutane can cause your tear glands to shrink to the point where they won't work anymore. If you don't want MGD
11. Daily warm compress on eyes, this allows for the oil glands in your eyes to continue producing sebum
12. Sunscreen obviously, 30+ spf zinc or titanium oxide
13. (Optional) GHK-CU 2mg daily. Helps with recovery and overall skin appearance, continue if you were taking it before accutane, not necessarily needed to run accutane.
Enjoy clear skin with a healthy functioning body so you can slay
