very real , people love to hate on the gym but it can be a huge halo if u don’t make it ur whole personality

if u need a good split to have a good frame/desireable body then look at dorian saracis vids on yt

he helped me go from gymcell to a sickunt and my body actually started helping w girls and i feel way better in the gym it makes it sm more fun
