CCW Rotation Bimax – The King of Forward Growth

What it actually is:
Double jaw surgery = LeFort I (maxilla) + BSSO (mandible). CCW (Counterclockwise rotation) means the entire maxilla - mandibular complex is rotated up and forward instead of just straight forward or downward.

• Posterior maxilla gets downgrafted (or anterior impacted).
• Chin (pogonion) shoots up + forward dramatically.

• If your occlusal plane is already flat/neutral → over-rotation looks uncanny (inverted smile, weird tilt).
