Filler should generally only be used to mimic soft tissue as it is its sole purpose. Trying to replicate bones with filler like the jaw has a high migration risk and filler is hardly permanent anyways. For the undereyes, filler with a Hyaluronic acid work and are good. It also really depends on what kind of infraorbital issue you have,you want to assure that it’s a soft tissue problem and not a structural issue (recessed infraorbital rim). Also cheekbones (zygos) are a bad idea with filler.
