Insoluble fiber irritates the gut lining,especially with gut diseases such as Crohns. Soluble fibers is the healthiest form a fiber and actually improves the gut lining. You’ll notice the difference by one day consuming fruits and one day consuming grains,fruits offer a way more gentler digestion and you’ll notice it compared to grains.
