you can only softmax your eyelashes and eyebrows so no maybe a little eyelashes
Minox/ serum for lashes, dye brows but darker and use a lil concealer on Ur undereye for recessed infras other than that u can't do anythn js squint to cope jfl

Get fat graft or infra orbital implants for undereyes and use oral minoxidil to grow lashes to fraud upper eyelid exposure and dye eyebrows a little darker and use dermastamp on it to stimulate growth and you can use concealer for undereyes if you don't want to hardmaxx
