DOSING
The dosing of retatrutide is something many get wrong, and unfortunately pay the price. Typically by pure misery for a week or more. I cannot stress it enough when it comes to any GLP-1 medication, do not be impatient with dosing. if you think it's a good idea to start at anything over 2mg, you're retarded. And your toilet will suffer just as you will.
The most common retatrutide dosing would go something like this
(This would be for 25-30%+ bf individuals)
1mg for 2 weeks
2mg for 2/4 weeks
4mg for 2/4 weeks
6mg for 2/4 weeks
8mg indefinitely.
(You can go higher than 8mg, but only do so if the effects on a 8mg maintenance start to wear off. If for some reason you haven't reached your goal by the time you escalate to 12mg, I'd introduce cagrilintide & dial the retatrutide down to 6mg.)
