People argue, during puberty when you lift weights, it will stunt your growth, peoples main arguments are "The HGH produced in body, goes to the muscles, instead of the bones" or something like "These heavy loads will suppress growth and stunt it because it puts pressure on your bones and will close the plates earlier"

On the other hand, we have people who advocate for teens lifting weights, with arguments such as: "Lifting increases HGH and testosterone produced in the body and it does not only go to the muscles" or "there is no scientific evidence or literature to support such argument that lifting weights stunt growth, it promotes bone growth"

(I picked the top 2 arguments for both)

Now, I started gym at 12 years old, started 'bodybuilding' if you may, in early puberty and started at age 13.5 ish, up until around 14.75 years old, every set, I was training to faliure and I was eating a lot. Now I am 15.4 years old, in mid puberty, and I only lift 3x a week training upper only (in my gymcel days, I used to go 5-6 times a week to gym)

From age 13-14, I had a growth spurt in early puberty from 5'1 to 5'6 but I feel that this was a catch up spurt from bad health habits (vegetarianism) from age 11-13
In my peak gymcel days (14-14.5) I grew from 5'6 to 5'7
When I stopped gymcelling (age 15 ish to now) I have grown about 1.5 inches, making me 5'9.5 mid puberty.

Also, the gym influencers I see who were like 14, half of them grew, and the other half stayed the same height, so I am also confused.

Now I barely go gym, I feel like I have grown more.

I currently have a 6'1 wingspan, and am 176cm tall and I have size 10.5 feet UK, in which every aspect I am still growing,

Now shall I quit gym or not? What shall I do instead? I am a bit of a late bloomer but not super abnormally late

Shall I start calisthenics? Can I do calisthenics, and do shoulder presses and lateral raises and weighted calisthenics?
I am thinking of getting a job to moneymaxx as soon as I can, so I can buy HGH and roidmaxx.

All I care is about height and frame (bone)

Shall i stick to lifting 3x a week? or nah ...?

cba to read, lifting wont stunt your growth unless you injure yourself in such a way that it would affect your growth.

Lifting doesn't stunt growth infact it might even boost it. Only stunts your growth if you injure yourself some how.

And for the people that say "well my friend went to the gym when they were in puberty and now they're short" it depends on the person themselves, such as short genetics or very early puberty.

Unless the gym becomes something you mentally depend on (e.g., feedback loops) it won't effect anything.
