Yes I know it gives temporary swelling but does it work longterm?
No it doesn't, It strengthens your bones overtime which is proven to be true and even often practiced but it cannot impact your visual appearance at all, Bones are genes and you cannot alter them via bonecracks, Its all determined from the start the moment the 2 cells formed together into one cell and thats the foundation of you

Pretty sure it's proven that they grow (not by wolfs law) but they grow assymetrically - making you look worse

gonna research it later

they'll grow, just assymetrically
Now this I dont understand why would they grow aassymetrically. YES I KNOW you cant apply force 100% equally but if they grow asymmetrically cant you just "bonesmash" the other side more/less to get them symmetrical again if it works?

The only thing that will grow is the nerve damage you have done upon yourself :cage:

u can't control the depth location and angle of each micro fracture, inflammation varies, no scaffold etc

Gives you a denser look and makes the bones look solid providing a little more angularity. My experience is that, lowkey works with me upgraded my angularity for sure.
