if i looked back at my development and could pick the biggest mistake i made it would without a shadow of a doubt be doing high intensity training

I am talking 3 sets of hack squats till failure, the super setting with sissy squats to failure.
For some reason i thought i was fucking david goggins

anyways i believe it definitely inhibited my growth in height, due to high cortisol.

it also gave me insane nasolabial folds due to high cortisol. This intensified my aging and i do look way older. i am 17 and people guess my at 21-23 on average

so if u do want to physiquemaxx, high intensity training is not good anyways it’s probably the worst way to get a good physique

best way is a split with fatigue management and high frequency, like upper lower split, where you hit each movement for 1-2 sets max per session.

I used to beg my mom to take me to the gym while I was 13 and 14 and I’m glad I didn’t go. It would have stunted me even more. I hate being short but I just keep high hopes that I’ll grow taller hahahaha

lol i’m def not a pussy i trained everyday going to failure each set for 3-4 years, then saw better gains when i managed fatigue and actually trained to get results

i literally would watch tom plats training videos and train exactly like that even tho those guys were on roids and i was a 15 yr old with average test

if you disagree with the post your neglecting basic science and need to do some research

yes technically but the problem is it’s only for a short duration of time which amounts to nothing in terms of change physically.

i have rlly wide bones but ion think training is why i think it’s my beaner genetics
