I have a pretty severe overbite and a very recessed mandible along with chin. I have considered Lefort 2 but am grappling with the idea since it would be a long recovery, quite risky, and not to mention extremely expensive. Does the transformation really outweigh all the other negatives?

and it only really looks mogger when you have implants to go along with it, which no insurance is covering like ever
