i’m trying to understand what sleep paralysis is like so i have a few questions if you’ve ever had it what did it feel like what did you see during the episode were you scared or was it more confusing than frightening i really want to hear about your experience since ive never experienced it and may in the future probably experience it and how it made you feel?
