anybody ever used this compound for nose?

diflucortolone valerate ive seen this on .org its a corticosteroid that acts like hydrocortisone but also is way stronger it's used to reduce inflammation and cure certain things like roscea u do need to be careful tho im intrested if this can fix a wide alar bridge also intrested in other users they're experiences and where they sourced it
