In my last post, i described what my first and current cycle protocol has been. I will now share a few images to display the changes. The first picture was taken on 4th of July, the next two were taken approximately 5 minutes ago. This is how much i’ve been able to progress so far, please share any suggestions or criticism as i want nothing but to look better.

very fast progress what split do you train ?
I love working out and maintain discipline best with as much consistency as possible, so i train a 2 day push pull split with a bit of legs at the end of each workout, i train low volume high frequency so that i can train 7 days a week, sometimes 6. I do 25-35min of 12.5% incline 2.5mph treadmill 3-5 days out of the week depending on how much i wanna leanmaxx and can handle.

idk i definitely don't bite off more than i can chew, my recovery just feels amazing. muscle tissue only takes 48 hours to repair anyways, not to mention i don't train until failure, i always leave atleast 1-2 RIR
you should try the split i posted about it may take a week or 2 to get used to but its not bad im doing a post later about nucleus overload too

yeah you can kinda edit it to suit you if you feel like you dont need as much rest just up the sets but you want to make sure every session your progressing
