Guide Comprehensive Overview of MICRONEEDLING
Repost from lol because engagement there is not very good.

Microneedling is very simple to learn, and should be one of the first things you learn when working on your skin quality, so easy infact, it is an utter waste of time & money going to an aesthetician and getting it done, I will show you a comprehensive methodology to microneedling which when learned will allow you to set yourself up in a position where you never need to go to the clinic to get scammed for this ever again. I will also include a YouTube short for a visual on how to use the Pen.

● Micro-Needling Pen ● Lidocaine (4% MINIMUM) ● Hyaluronic Acid Face Mask (disposables) ● 90%+ Isopropyl Alcohol ● Gauze Pads

Preperation
leave micro-needling pen needles in Isopropyl Alcohol for 24 hours before operating
apply Lidocaine onto freshly cleansed, dried face, wait 30 - 60 minutes
wipe off Lidocaine using Gauze Pads, do not wash face

Procedure

glide the pen across each section of the face one by one, in cross motions or circular motions
spend a maximum of 7 minutes on each section (cheeks, nose + undereyes, forehead, chin)
at home procedures should be kept at 2.0mm MAX - Under Eyes and Nose should be kept at 0.5mm MAX
● session timing: 40 Minutes MAX

After Care
● apply a Hyaluronic Acid Mask straight after operating, you can use an overnight mask or disposables
● do not touch face for at least 12 hours, do not wash face for 12 hours
● apart from HA masks, avoid applying any other chemical or skincare product for the first 24 hours
● retinoids and/or tazarotene, tretinoin, or accutane should only be reapplied a minimum of 72 hours after
● face cleansers should be avoided for the first 72 hours, gentle cleansers can be used but there really is no point
● hydration upkeep

Demonstration
We don't have time for 30 minute youtube videos of people yapping BS, slow this video down and notice the technique of the dermatologist using the pen, mimick this. This should give you an idea of what I'm actually saying above, and allow you to operate on yourself safely.

General Info

Do not avoid using Lidocaine, stress & pressure can downgrade skin quality Do not exceed 45-50 minutes, too much intradermal / transdermal fractures can make your skin a bacterial housing If you operated at anywhere from 1.0mm to 1.5mm - rest for 4 weeks, 1.5mm - 2.0mm - rest for 6 weeks unless your skin is oily which in that case you can get away with 4 or 5 weeks rest, above 2.0mm - rest for 8 weeks, 0.5mm - other than the nose, under eyes, and the nasolabials, it is useless microneedling at this length for the face If scarring is really bad, you may need Co2 Laser Resurfacing rather than microneedling Other than natural weather circumstances do not apply anything too hot or too cold to the face for 24 hours Clean utensils are a MUST, they may seem clean because they are new but when it comes to stabbing holes into your skin you can never be too safe; avoid reusable products Drinking fruit juices with high vitamin C are a good detox and support healing, be thoughtful and don't go overboard especially if you're already supplementing high Vitamin C Microneedling with active acne can be done however be cautious, the risk of it turning against your favour is quite high
