Is it true if that compound lifts, short sprints once per week, and full nutrient diet (every nutrient needed for bones) for a year will make me reach my full bone density potential?
probably should be doing sprints and compound lifts more than once a week. Yeah this is ideal if ur still a teenager but just simply taking test will always mog

No because daily maximal sprints overwhelm recovery capacity, elevate chronic fatigue and injury risk, and reduce the adaptive response that actually makes you faster and stronger
do light jogs or walks in the morning on days you dont sprint (water)
