In my upper jaw, my baby canines are positioned where lateral incisors normally are. My permanent canines are already in the correct canine position.
Removing teeth is not an option and was never suggested. I’m only considering composite bonding to reshape the baby canines so they look like lateral incisors.
From an aesthetic point of view, does this usually look good long-term, or are there obvious downsides?
