i recently got my first gf but i seem to get very attached easy and her parents are very strict so sometimes maybe 5-10 hours w out contact and i start loosing my shit ive had like 2 phsycotic break dows no appetite litteraly 0hours of sleep in the past few days but its not like i can leave her cuz im so attached i litterally cant live with out her anymore idk wtf is going on.Not really sure what to do tbh hopefully il ease out soon or i just need to man the fuck or smth. some advice wld be apppreciated

Can be kinda normal if youve been attention deprived most of ur life and suddenly gotten a girl that youre acc attracted to jus gotta try and cope by reaching a state where you wont kys if you lose her as you can get others like here
