I want to address the situation regarding the impersonator who was accidentally verified.
The verification went through because of a miscommunication within the staff. I acted based on information I believed had already been checked, but there was a mix-up behind the scenes that led to the approval slipping through I still take full responsibility for not double checking before finalizing it.
The impersonator has now been permanently banned, and the incorrect verification has been fully removed.
