do test+ai if ur on a budget. test injections are like 500-700$ annually and ai's arent that expensive either. if u wanna be a pussy then go on peptides. theyre more expensive annually and theres been less research done on them. but if you want to insure bone growth then do test+ai. I would just be careful with ai's because one of the sides is decreased bone density, so just be sure to take something to minimize that aswell.

buddy, the ai is there to stop growth plates from closing. the ai stops the conversion from testosterone to oestrogen, which is the hormone primarily responsible for growth plate closure. without the ai, the body converts the unnecesary testosterone (the shit ur injecting) into oestrogen through the aromatase enzyme(the shit ur tryna block).
