If you are in puberty it will help by supporting normal bone density and support jaw growth,if you aren’t in puberty it wont help and also don’t megadose cause taking extra wont give you extra bones

it won't grow anything retard, that's the question OP is asking.
Don’t get angry because of your reading skills,i said if you aren’t in puberty it wont help at all but if you are it will help support (once again support not direct growth)just like all the other minerals

obviously you need ideal amount of everything good. but when it comes to growth -

vitamin d promotes osteoblast differentiation, but once your blood 25(OH)D level reaches 30-50 ng/mL (75-125 nmol/L), your bones and calcium levels are already optimized. above that there's not much difference.

if theres a deficiency (<20 ng/mL), you can see improved bone mineral density when supplemented w 600-2K IU/day.

sufficient levels (>30 ng/dL) = no further improvement in BMD/growth.(you're most probably at sufficient levels)

your facial bone growth is genetically regulated by GH, IGF1, T, nutrition (protein, calcium, phosphorus etc). So beyond correcting deficiency vit d supplementation doesn't do much.

Bro we are saying the same thing idk why we are having this conversation(since he wants to megadose we have to assume he has defiency in calcium but he didn’t mention it so idk)

i don't have any def .. im taking 120k iu d3 (60k weekly) , 1000mg cal daily , 2 vit c daily fro bone growth
