I’m 14 years old, born in August 2011. I’m about 5’5”–5’6” and weigh around 127 pounds. My diet and sleep schedule aren’t at all good right now. Most people around me seem taller than me wherever I go. On both sides of my family, the women are all shorter than me. The men on my dad’s side are around my height, and my dad is 5’6”, my dad’s Guatemalan and mom is Mexican sadly. I’ve already reached the same height as my 20-year-old brother. Because of all this, I’m not sure what to expect with my height or where to start. Every guide I see online says something different. Are there any simple starter tips I could follow?
