Nose a bit bulbous
Those are the major ones I see and can improve your rating somewhat

Front yuh low to mid, side looks good

one of the hardest negative canthal tilts I’ve seen. I don’t know if htn would be possible but maybe hmtn with a couple surgeries. Side looks better than front tho.
