I just got traditional braces for my over/cross bite but no bands yet. Should I be worried about it pulling back my maxilla to much. I had to get 2 Baby teeth extracted but I have adult teeth above them, they just grew crooked in my gums so they should come down now.

if the adult teeth come in correctly you should be fine
