The idea is that repeatedly hitting bones (jaw, cheekbones, brow ridge, etc.) causes micro-fractures, which then heal thicker via bone remodeling (Wolff’s law).
Wolff's Law Real? Wolff's Law has been proven to not always be applicable. It has been found that rather than describing a particular phenomenon, it represents a whole host of different processes within your bones. Originally, Wolff's Law only defined the way that bone gets stronger in a specific instance.
Ive done a lil experiment these last few weeks and ive seen a lil growth in my resseced chin:
Also my zygos are a lil more prominent than usual
