whenever i bonemash even if i brace i get severe headaches and stomach aches help

i eat good exrecise and drink allot of water and the pain just wont go away

im ngl, this could be completely circumstantial but it helped me in puberty like i said most likely a coincidence but in the context that it was bonesmashing i did see fair progress.
without bonesmashing, ur face will be same

that is true, i js posted about that on my tiktok story, last year i found a video of after me bonesmashing and my entire eyes was bruised it was terrible.:kek:
