are there any methods on how I could get better bigonial width without the need of surgery? I've heard ideas like mastic gum chewing to train masseters but I don't know if its cope or not, I would be happy on any idea/method even if it did the slightest changes, im currently 16 and I don't know if there is space to optimise my bigonial width

Mastic gum is helpful but i think its mainly for growth of the masseter muscles, and ive also seen a study showing that it can increase ramus length so

we're not talking about bloating if u stay lean and maintain a healthy diet and a good electrolyte balance ur not gonna be bloated and also the location of ur masseters whether high or low can heavily depend on ur genetics but ig its worth a try
