Yeah I’m not consistently doing it just because of the farm that I buy from are low on stuff so it’s hard but I stay away from slop

I was too shit didnt do shit for me , from 14 to 15 ate raw meat and milk and stuff

Ofc softmaxxes will vary for each person but for me the most influential ones were

1. Masseter training only if you have low set insertions

2. Getting rid of acne

3. Growing hair out to differentiate me from normies
