i dont know were it is coming from but, its just this empty, indescribable and lonely feeling i cant get rid of. i just look in the mirror sometimes and just dont understand what im doing with my life, some of u will probably say that this is derealization but i dont think it actually is.

its winter, cold outside, nothing to do, u dont have the motivation to go the gym, ur homies arent going outside no more or they just dont invite u. I cant find anything useful in life right now.

do yall have any ideas or thoughts about what it is or if yall feel the same
