When you talk to a 10/10 girl but her personality is terrible, you lose some attraction. Sure, you might still find her physically appealing, but the attraction isn’t as strong as it was before you talked to her. That’s bc attraction grows or dies through interaction: how someone listens, reacts, jokes, challenges you, and makes you feel. This applies to both men and women.

Looks can get you attention, but mindset and charisma are what keep it. If you’re very attractive, you might get away with having less charisma but the more personality you have, the better.

For example, take Amber Heard. She’s physically attractive, but her image is ruined for a lot of people because of how she’s perceived personality wise. On the flip side, someone like Brad Pitt shows how looks plus charisma can basically give you the world.

So if you’re talking to someone who’s a dime, don’t rely only on your looks. You still have to bring energy and personality. I learned this the hard way once at a frat party. I stood behind a girl and didn’t say anything, just expected her to dance on me because the girl before her did. She looked at me like I was a creep. Meanwhile, the girl I was dancing with earlier was into it because I actually talked to her and used some game.

Its a really low bar for a woman to have a good personality compared to a man thoughbeit. For men, looks first, then confidence/signs of initiation etc, lastly personality.
