i have asymmetrical masseter.my right side is stronger than the left one.ive been chewing hard stuff on my left side on +6 month now and its has little to no effect its my only asymmetry.do u guys know any softmaxx i can do for it ive done some research and the only one i found is chewing hard stuff which hasent worked and i cant do any hardmaxx for it till im 18 wich is about 6/7 months

I think sleep on ur back to fix ur face asymmetry to blend out the problem a bit but it won’t change in a few months prob half a year mastic gum and other hard foods

same lol but since ive been balancing my chewing the imbalance has reduced for me
