If you use long term like everyday magnesium glycinate,calcium,vitamin D3+K2 will there be any bone results?From my experience i think vitamin D really helps with health condition because ive been plateaued at the gym for like 2 months and when i started supplementing vitamin d3 progress started like in early months of the gym (my training routine and diet were the same,what changed was just the supplements) or is it just coincidence?im asking this just to know if i should spend money on them or if its useless
) because psl is not only the bones but the skin quality,contrast,hair,harmony of bones so its like the same thing i dont get why people say they are different saying shit like Jordan=PSL
