I will make this into two steps
What you need
The planing stage
This is when you take the pen and start to make sure that you have a grid draw as this will help you make a mental note on where to go and where to avoid. You also should have made sure that you have sterile equipment for example the needle must be clean
The injection phase
This is the most important part of the process one slip up and boom your permanently done damage to ur face wether you have decided to do one big pin or using the grid to do smaller ones you must make sure that everything is clean and ready to use then draw the amount you want mentally prepare your self for the pain so you don’t make mistakes when you are pining go slow with it as it allows the risk of over doing a small area to be minimal and then when you have repeated this process for each side of the face you will start to notice swelling this is normal ways to keep it minimal are anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen and also a simple massage can help
Hope you enjoyed
