Im seriously considering jaw implants (possibly chin + jaw angle), but I don’t see many detailed posts from people who regret it long term.


So I want to ask directly:

Did anyone here regret jaw implants 1–5 years later?

Was it because of aesthetics, complications, or mental reasons?

Did implants age badly compared to bone structure or weight changes?

Anyone who switched from filler to implants (or the opposite)?



Im aware of the usual risks (infection, asymmetry, nerve issues), but Im more interested in real outcomes, not surgeon marketing or fear-mongering.


Also curious:
Do u think implants look worse over time compared to natural bone?

Would u do it again if you could go back?

If ure comfortable, before/after descriptions (not pics) would help a lot.

Looking for honest experiences, both good and bad.

because they add solid stable structure, which creates sharper contours. they dont migrate, swell or change shaper over time like fillers do. unfortnutely theyre usually more expensive
