Just a disclaimer: This is probably false in humans, but it worked in rats; however im still not convinced this would have greater effects than growth hormone itself. Just an interesting theory that i found on the internet.

Allium Macrostemon - The plant that showed better results in height growth than growth hormone therapy (in mice at least).

You may ask yourself if im retarded and actually think that this specific herb has shown to be as effective as rhGH, but we have the evidence in vivo.

In a study done on adolescent female mice, some of them were treated with the water extract of Allium Macrostemon.

The results speak for themselves.

Local BMP-2 expression doubled in the entire growth plate.

Local IGF-1 expression doubled in the entire growth plate (compared to control ofc).
Lower dosing seemed superior for growth and apetite.

The weird part is that even with local IGF-1 and BMP-2 signalling compared to rhGH, it exceeded the tibial growth rate of the rhGH growth rate.

Summary:
Even if the research data is very limited in vivo and nonexistent in humans yet, while munching on east asian wild onions will not save your height, injecting the water extract of it along with other pharmaceuticals may actually be effective.
